Vertus Hotel Signature, currently under construction in Edo State, is poised to become a premier destination for luxury hospitality. Spanning a 5,000 sqm area, the hotel will rise 4 storeys with an additional penthouse, featuring 36 exquisite rooms and apartments. Designed to set new standards in comfort and style, the facility includes three restaurants, bars, a spa, gym, and pool, promising world-class amenities to guests.

The RAL Entwurf team leads both architecture and construction management, with BAS Consulting Engineers as structural consultants, Edifico Consultant Limited handling M&E, and Glace Interiors for interior design. Project managers include George Omozokpia Okoijie, Irabor Aisabokhale, and Henry Aigbomian. As construction advances, the project is set to make a lasting impact on hospitality in Edo State.
